Patricia opened Legendary One Realty in 2020 during the Pandemic.  Patricia is an  Ohio Native who  holds a degree from Hondros College of Business in Applied Business and Business Management.  Patricia also attended the Arizona School of Real Estate where she was taught many courses by instructors who were all Real Estate Attorney’s.    For over ten years, she earned numerous awards while working for Re/Max, an International Residential Real Estate Franchise.  Prior to working in Real Estate, Patricia worked at the City of Columbus Department of Development and she is familiar with Zoning Codes, Variances and Government Building Regulations. Patricia provides pre-inspection recommendations to sellers for free to help  save sellers time and money.  Patricia is a Member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Ohio Association of REALTORS® and the Columbus Board of REALTORS®. She is also a Member of the Columbus MLS.
